Microfiction: Week 6
The date is 09/30/2020. Today is the first game in the 2020 NBA finals with the Miami Heat vs the Los Angeles Lakers. The Lakers were waiting to find out who their opponents were going to be for the finals. The Miami Heat went above and beyond expectations this season. They were the first team in NBA history to make it to the finals as the 5th seeded team. The young team now had to face off against a team of NBA veterans. Will the scrappy young team overcome the competition to be crowned the next NBA champions; or will Lebron James solidify his place as one of the greatest players of all time?
Hey Brandon, great microfiction! I thought it was super creative to take into account what is happening in the league today. The heat definitely went above and beyond this season but as a Laker fan those kids don't stand a chance against LeBron and Anthony Davis!! Game 3 of the finals is also on tonight, GO LAKERS!!!!!

ReplyDeleteYou did a good job here of summing up the information that you needed to get across into a short paragraph. It was easy to follow along with what you were saying and even though you didn't include many words, it still made sense. I can't write micro fictions because I have a hard time being that selective with my wording so you did a wonderful job!
